1. Program scope

Dahab is a loyalty and rewards program for activity with participating businesses. Dahab is not a bank, wallet, payment method, or money-transfer service.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate data, protect sign-in access, and avoid fake accounts or unauthorized use of another person's account.

3. Points and rewards

Dahab points are non-cash rewards. They are not a bank balance, payment method, or right to withdraw cash. Customers earn points only from confirmed purchases at businesses contracted with or approved by the program.

If the customer earns points at a partner money-exchange or remittance company in the program, the customer is in no way entitled to redeem those points for any cash value at those companies or cash outlets; redemption of these earned points is strictly limited to offers and discounts on in-kind items only, approved within the app and exclusively through non-cash partner outlets.

The base earning rule is: every 20 SYP of invoice value grants 1 point, unless Dahab publishes a different offer or rule in the app or website. Points do not represent a fixed cash value or withdrawable balance.

Points remain in the user's account without a fixed expiry date, and are deducted only when used, corrected after an incorrect transaction, or removed due to abuse or violation.

4. Redemption and live consent

Points are redeemed for approved offers and discounts at partner businesses. To protect your points, redemption requires a live one-time authorization that you create yourself from your app (the "Enable redemption" button) immediately before the business scans your code; your displayed or photographed code alone is not sufficient. Points are deducted upon confirmation and cannot be reversed except by an administrative correction.

5. Draws

Dahab may offer prize draws; entry may be free or cost points, with one entry per user. Entry does not guarantee winning; winners are selected and prizes fulfilled per the rules announced in the app. Dahab may modify, cancel, or substitute the prize of any draw.

6. Referrals

When a friend registers via your invite link, 200 points are added to your account once per valid invited account. Fake accounts, self-invites, or any manipulation of the referral system are prohibited, and any resulting rewards are voided.

7. Participating businesses and top-up

Businesses appear after review and approval. Business owners must record real activity only and must not award points or publish offers in a misleading or abusive way. Each point awarded to a customer deducts two points from the business distribution balance.

The distribution balance is topped up exclusively via a coupon issued by Dahab management — there is no self top-up and no in-app electronic payment currently. Written partner agreements define offer and redemption rules, platform share, and invoice documentation responsibilities.

8. Review and suspension

Dahab may review suspicious activity, remove points created through abuse, temporarily suspend accounts, or block accounts when conduct harms users, partners, or program integrity.

9. Location and notifications

Location is optional and is used to suggest nearby partners. Notifications are optional and are used for service updates after the user grants permission.

10. Support and modifications

For invoice, points, account, or business questions, email support@dahabpoints.com or use the support page. Dahab may modify these Terms and point rules, including aligning them with the new currency (every SYP 20 = 1 point), with notice of material changes to users.
